PURPOSE: By easily molding the spiral type pipe loop to the fixed shape by using the forming plate the manufacturing method of radiator can reduce the manufacturing time and cost. CONSTITUTION: The pipe(11) is reeled in the mold frame to the helical structure and the spiral type pipe loop is formed. It follows into one side of the pipe loop the longitudinal direction and the forming plate is attached. The mold frame(1) is removed. The forming plate is transfigured and the pipe loop is shaped to the predetermined shape. The working fluid is inserted inside the pipe loop. |
