<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing plastic containers using parison are provided to enable molds with different cavities to be easily exchanged when different sizes of containers are manufactured. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for manufacturing plastic containers using parison comprises a mold(2), a base(3), a nozzle(7) and a joining unit. The mold comprises at least one cavity. The joining unit couples or separates the nozzle to/from the base. The joining unit comprises at least one pin and a joining element(13). Until the end(12) of a pin is protruded upward from the top of the base, the pin is inserted into each through-hole of the base. The joining element moves from a loosening position to a locking position and vice versa. At the loosening position, the joining element is not influenced by the pin. At the locking position, the joining element is inserted into the groove of the end of the pin.</p> |
