FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery and can be applied in correction of relief of transplanted skin flaps in general and in region of eye-lids in particular. Essence of method lies in carrying out mechanical dermabrasion, which is performed with application of mill polishing at rate of its rotation 30000-60000 rev/min to the depth not deeper than to meddle part of dermal layer. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to obtain smoothed relief of alternated skin flap, remove, the so-called "pseudoptosis", excessive tissue, approximating to the size of normal eye-lid, with its natural relief, to improve colour of skin flap. ^ 1 ex |
