<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stiletto device for a cutting machine capable of properly disposing punching waste and preventing air leakage from a perforated sheet material, and a stiletto method for the cutting machine. <P>SOLUTION: The stiletto device 1 includes a rotation drill 5 of a hollow cylindrical form rotating around the center axis line 5a. An extrusion pin 6 is provided in a hollow hole 5b. An upper part 6a of the extrusion pin 6 extends upward above a handle 5d of the rotation drill 5. A lower end 6c of the extrusion pin 6 can be relatively lowered below a blade edge 5e of the rotation drill 5. A rise and a fall of the extrusion pin 6 are supported by a support mechanism 7 and performed in conjunction with a foot presser 8. A drive cylinder 9 drives the rise and the fall of the extrusion pin 6 in conjunction with the foot presser 8 so that the punching waste 4b can be discharged out of the rotation drill 5 to perform proper disposal.
