<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein when execution of purification operation coincides with execution of antifreezing operation, it is not considered that which operation should be prioritized for the best choice. <P>SOLUTION: In case Legionella bacteria grows within an exhaust heat recovery route 106 during stop of a water delivery device 104, a controller 113 executes the purification operation for operating the water delivery device 104 and making water within a hot water storage tank 107 flow within the exhaust heat recovery route 106. In case water within the exhaust heat recovery route 106 ise frozen, the controller 113 executes the antifreezing operation for operating a heater 105 and the water delivery device 104 while a switching device 114 is switched to a bypass route 108 side.
