PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing apparatus capable of stably materializing high atomizing ability with low-cost equipment expense, and to provide a solution ejecting device and a solution ejecting method which can be applied for the atomizing apparatus. SOLUTION: The atomizing apparatus includes: a solution compressing part for compressing a solution 5 by supplying compressing air into a compression container 4 which stores the solution 5 in a compression state; a second regulator PS2 for adjusting a second pressure P2 of the compressing air in accordance with a first pressure P1 of driving air of a jet nozzle 9 through which the solution 5 is ejected; a solution supply pipe 7 for supplying the compressed solution 5 to the jet nozzle 9; and a mass flow controller MFC for adjusting a mass flow rate of the compressing air supplied into the compression container 4, whereby the mass flow controller MFC is controlled based on a value of the second pressure P2 to control an ejection amount of the solution 5 in accordance with the first pressure P1.
