PURPOSE: A pallet is provided to vary the height of the pallet according to standing-by and loading situations by inserting an upper frame into a lower frame and including fixing fins fixing the upper frame to the lower frame. CONSTITUTION: A lower frame(20) includes a lower corner beam(21), a lower auxiliary vertical beam(23), and a lower horizontal beam(25). An upper frame(30) includes an upper corner beam(31) and an upper horizontal beam(33). The upper corner beam is inserted into the lower corner beam of the lower frame. The upper horizontal beam connects the upper sides of upper corner beams. A fixing pin(53) is inserted into a fixing hole(51) in order to fix the position of the upper frame with respect to the lower frame.
