PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save resources and electric power consumption of a power source requiring large electric power when ventilation and air conditioning are performed, and to perform efficient ventilation. SOLUTION: A ventilation system includes: an air exhaust route for discharging indoor air to the outside; a suction route for sucking outside air to an indoor side; a ventilation power part provided on the air exhaust route, performing air conditioning of the indoor air and forcibly discharging air passing through an air discharge route to the outside; an intersection part arranged in a position where the air discharge route and the suction route are adjacent to and intersected with each other and performing heat exchange by coming into contact with exhaust air made to flow in the air discharge route and suction air made to flow in the suction route; a heat exchange part arranged on the suction route, connected between an outside air suction port to which outside air is introduced and the intersection part and controlling the temperature of the outside air; a temperature monitoring part for measuring the temperatures of the indoor side, the outside air suction port and heat exchange part; and a ventilation control part for controlling the ventilation power part based on the temperatures measured by the temperature monitoring part.
