PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof board capable of pressurizing packing even at the position of a hinge for supporting a door to a casing and improving watertightness further. SOLUTION: The waterproof board 1 includes a casing 2 having an end face 2a where an opening 5 is formed, a door 3 turnably supported at one end of the end face of the casing through a hinge 12, and packing 25 interposed between the door and the casing, for watertightly sealing the opening when the door is turned to a closing position. The door turned to the closing position is pushed toward the end face of the casing by a first clamping implement 27, and the first clamping implement is put over the door and the end face of the casing. The door is connected to the hinge through a second clamping implement 20, the second clamping implement is put over the door and the hinge, and by screwing the second clamping implement to the hinge, the door turned to the closing position is pushed toward the end face of the casing.
