PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cleansing cream having good affinity with make-up cosmetics and excellent cleansing power, which is satisfactory in view of functional aspects and in which the limitation of the kinds and amounts of surfactants, oil agents, etc. is reduced. SOLUTION: There is provided an O/W cleansing cream including (A) 30-80 wt.% of an oil phase component other than surfactants, (B) 0.5-20 wt.% of a polyoxyethylene nonionic surfactant, (C) 0.2-15 wt.% of maltitol and (D) water.
