METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that voltage applied to liquid crystal becomes small (problem of voltage loss) in a liquid crystal display device using a reflection increasing film made of a dielectric multilayer film.

SOLUTION: The number of lamination layers of a dielectric multilayer film on a metal film electrically connected to a switching element is reduced to two (a first dielectric film 105 and a second dielectric film 106) and further film thickness of the first dielectric film 105 is made thinner than that of the second dielectric film 106. Thereby the problem of voltage loss is solved.
