<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded hollow body by DSI molding, which is advantageous in saving a manufacturing cost while preventing a resin from leaking. <P>SOLUTION: In a primary forming process, a thick-walled part 36 which swells to an inner injection nozzle 30 of a passage for joining 24 is formed, at a position on the inner wall 26 opposed to the injection nozzle 30. The thick-walled part 36 is formed so that it has a maximum wall thickness at the center 36A, and also, has a gradually diminishing wall thickness as the distance from the center 36A increases, in order to smooth the flow of a molten resin 34. That is, the thick-walled part 36 is formed including the center 36A which is located at the extension of a center line of the injection nozzle 30 and maximizes the wall thickness of the inner wall 26 and also, two inclined surfaces 36B which are connected with both sides of the center 36A and gradually decrease in the wall thickness of the center 36A in proportion to the distance from the center 36A in the extension of the passage for joining 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
