OPTICAL FILMS WITH CONTROLLED SURFACE MORPHOLOGY AND THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An optical film with controlled surface morphology is provided to easily remove bubbles in coating through the control of surface morphology of the optical film, thereby improving a coating speed. CONSTITUTION: Dry air and solvent are supplied inside a caster in a solution casting using a polymer solution. The solvent is used in the polymer solution. The dry air includes non-affinity gas. A crater is formed on a dry air contact surface of a cast layer. A platau is formed between the craters. The illuminance of a final film surface is controlled by the crater and platau.
