<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a noise from increasing by eliminating mutual influence of noises generated due to switching operation of a power converter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Noise detectors 16a and 16b detect signals containing electromagnetic wave noise generated in synchronism with switching operation of power converter 12a and 12b. Based on detection signals from the noise detectors 16a and 16b, a noise reduction controller 17 determines whether noises contained in the detection signals overlap by a predetermined amount or more on the time axis. If they overlap by a predetermined amount or more, the noise reduction controller 17 performs control for shifting the timing of switching operation of power converters 12a and 12b on the time axis.
