The installation has a washing water treating unit arranged between a lift pump and a pressurized washing gun of an electrical cabinet (3). The treating unit has a settling tub (4) arranged under a passageway and a retreated fresh water tub (5) arranged under the settling basin, where the fresh water tub is in the form of a chamber. The electrical cabinet is placed under the passageway, at the side of the tubs. The treating unit has a carbon dioxide gas injecting unit that injects carbon dioxide gas in washing water contained in the settling tub for treating pH of washing water.
