The device has a frame (7) provided with a floor assembled on wheels (18, 21), and two supports fixed on the floor, where a user (46) is retained to a backrest (11) by a belt (13) on level of a hip (15), two straps (9) on the level of shoulders, and two mobile knuckles (30) on a leg. The leg is maintained in vertical by rods and articulated with ankles (4) to display kinematics of vertical and bending positions. Two stabilization jacks are formed on two extreme points in a bottom part of the frame.
