PURPOSE: A producing method of a cam shaft is provided to produce a cam shaft without a drilling process and a grinding process and to eliminate a need of a separate core when molding a cam shaft. CONSTITUTION: A metal pipe(2) for forming an oil hole is inserted lengthwise in a molding frame(1) of a cam shaft. A strut(6) is prepared to place the metal pipe between both front ends(3,4) of the metal pipe and a lower molding frame(1a) and in the central of a molding space(5). A plug is inserted to prevent injection of molten metal in the front end to the metal pipe. The molten metal is filled in the molding space around the metal pipe and then cooled. Thereby, a cam shaft is produced. Herein, a corrugated part(8) is preferably formed on the surface of the metal pipe.
