The needle has an end piece (10) for receiving a suture wire (40) located at an end of a main body (20). An incision part (30) includes a pin (70) located at another end of the body. An upper face (50) and lateral faces (51a) of the needle define the incision part having a variable triangular section (61), where the faces are rejoined at a common edge (53). The upper face presents constant radius of curvature on its length. The common edge presents constant radius of curvature at the level of the body and decreased radius of curvature at the level of the incision part til the pin. A silicon film covers the incision part of the needle. The main body and the incision part are made of austenitic or maraging stainless steel.
