<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discourage coming out of synchronization of a clock data recovery circuit even if a no signal period occurs in the data output from a device for a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A period discrimination means 30 discriminates a signal period during which a serial data signal Rd is output from a measured device 1 for a portable terminal at a predetermined bit rate, from a non-signal period during which no serial data signal is output. During the period discriminated as the signal period, the serial data signal output from the measured device is supplied to a CDR (clock data recovery circuit) 40 through a signal switching means 35. During the period identified as the non-signal period, a pseudo data signal Rx which is generated by a pseudo data signal generating means 33 is supplied to the CDR40, instead of the serial data signal output from the measured device, to maintain a synchronous state of the CDR40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
