摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material which is easy to synthesize, has high charge mobility, and is used as a semiconductor or charge transfer material easily processable for forming a thin large-area film for a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a monomer, oligomer, or polymer containing at least one 9-H,H-fluorene group and at least one arylene group. This invention further relates to methods for producing them, and uses thereof as semiconductor or charge transfer materials in an optical, electro-optical, or electronic devices including field effect transistors and electroluminescent, photovoltaic and sensor devices.
