PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive grip type stamp assembly which is carried and manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The grip type stamp assembly includes a handle 202 and an ink pad 204. The handle 202 is combined with the ink pad 204 freely attachably and detachably, and the ink pad 204 includes an upper part forming member and a bottom forming member which are combined mutually freely attachably and detachably.
