PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent fall of an displayed product on a floor surface or the like by containing the product so as to be angled in advance. SOLUTION: A packaging container is provided with a bottom panel 15, left and right side panels 5, a top panel 14, a back panel 6, and a front panel 2, and a pair of continuous parallel tear lines p, p are formed in the left and right side panels 5, the front panel 2, and the back panel 6. Angled pieces 8, which support the contained product G in an angled state, are formed at the top of the reverse side of the front panel 2 and the bottom of the reverse side of the back panel 6. By being teared over the entire periphery along the tear lines p, p, a container 1 is separated into an upper and lower portions, and by removing the upper portion, the lower portion of the container 1 is displayed on a display shelf as an display tray. In this condition, the product G is arranged so as to be angled backwards towards the back panel 6 thereby preventing the product from collapsing forwardly and falling from the exhibition tray.
