Systems, methods, and devices for entering information about a destination for a trip that does not require the input of information within a vehicle are described. In one embodiment, a method is provided by which a user wishing to take a trip can enter pre-trip information in the office, at home, or at any other location. This provides a more customer-friendly and convenient way of pre-trip planning.
