PURPOSE: A device and a method for removing a battery short circuit part and a device and a method for determining a battery short circuit part removing voltage are provided to efficiently remove a short circuit part without unnecessary damage to a battery. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(3) is formed on one page of a glass substrate(2). The glass substrate is an insulating substrate. A photoelectric conversion intermediate layer(4) is formed on a transparent electrode. The second electrode(5) is formed on the photoelectric conversion intermediate layer. Adjacent solar cells are separated by a scribe groove(7). A battery short circuit part removing voltage determining device(10) determines a battery short circuit part removing voltage by analyzing a current-voltage property. |
