PURPOSE: A spatially separation nano array biochip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure compatibilization and economic benefit. CONSTITUTION: A spatially separation nano array biochip comprises a substrate and a plurality of protrusions which are formed on the substrate in nano. The biochip has a spot by fixation of protein, DNA, RNA, or epithelial cells on the top of the protrusions. The protrusion is coated with hydrophobic material. The hydrophobic material is polyurethane acrylate, propylene, polyethylene, wax, olefin polymers, or PVC. |
