PURPOSE: An interior/exterior panel for construction is provided to ensure high quality by being manufactured through steps of surface-treatment, glazing, plasticization, patterning, and plasticization of a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: An interior/exterior panel for construction is manufactured as follows. A surface of a steel plate(10) is treated in order to help the adhesion of glaze. Glaze(12,14) is spread on the surface-treated part of the steel plate, and the steel plate is plasticized. A pattern(16) is formed on the top surface of the steel plate, and the steel plate is plasticized.
