PACKING MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM POLYMER SECONDARY BATTERY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A packing material for a lithium polymer secondary battery is provided to prevent the contamination of a packaging material or the circumference of work places caused by hexavelent chrome ions and to improve adhesion between a barrier layer and anti-corrosive layer, and between the anti-corrosive layer and a primer layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a packing material(100) for a lithium polymer secondary battery comprises the steps of: adding nitrous acid to a phosphoric acid-chromate solution to perform reduction; mixing aluminum phosphate with the reduced phosphoric acid-chromate solution to prepare a chemical conversion solution; forming an anticorrosive layer(120) by treating one side of the barrier layer(110) with the chemical conversion solution; forming a primer layer(130) on the anticorrosive layer; applying an adhesive to other side of the barrier layer and forming a substrate layer; and forming an innermost layer(140) on the primer layer.
