摘要 An apparatus for manufacturing an environmentally-friendly construction material using palm is provided to maximize the strength and water resistance of products by mixing natural material like palm, rice-sheaf, charcoal, elvan, zeolite, and loess and extruding the mixture. An apparatus for manufacturing an environmentally-friendly construction material using palm comprises a material mixer(1), a raw material supply conveyer(2), an extruding machine(3), a straightening machine(4), a quenching roller(5), a coating and bonding machine(6), a cutting feed roller(7), and a cutting machine(8). The raw material supply conveyer transfers of the material kneaded in the material mixer. The extruding machine extrudes the material supplied through a material supply hopper(3a). The straightening machine corrects the extruded material. The quenching roller cools the corrected material with cooling water. The coating and bonding machine has an input hopper(6a) for putting in a UV(Ultraviolet) coating agent or nanosilver coating agent. The cutting feed roller transfers the molded material. The cutting machine cuts the transferred molded material.
