PURPOSE: An input voltage detecting circuit is provided to generate a trigger signal without a chattering and stably supply an operation voltage to a load. CONSTITUTION: A voltage division/charging unit(152) divides an output voltage of a bridge diode to rectify an AC voltage and charges the divided voltage. A hysteresis unit(154) decreases a voltage level divided from the voltage dividing/charging unit when the AC voltage is supplied, and increases the voltage level divided from the voltage dividing /charging unit and generates a control signal if the charging voltage of the voltage dividing/charging unit is a preset threshold voltage or more. A trigger(156) generates a trigger signal according to the control signal generated from the hysteresis unit and a determination signal output unit(158) generates a voltage supply determination signal. |
