The method involves taking a specimen of a bodily substance such as urine or blood, of a patient, and placing the specimen in a test tube (1) to transport the specimen. A health insurance card on which information e.g. patient identification information, are entered under typed form, is provided to the patient. The information is scanned by using an optical scanner (4) to obtain scanned information. The scanned information is printed on a label (2) by using a printing device (5), and the label is affixed on the test tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for sampling a bodily specimen of a patient (2) a device for analyzing bodily samples. |
