<p>The disclosed rubber extrusion nozzle prevents deformation of rubber after extrusion. The rubber extrusion nozzle (1) comprises a flow inlet portion (3) for introducing rubber, a molding outlet portion (4) for molding and extruding the introduced rubber, and a rubber flow path (5) therebetween. The inside wall face (5S) of the rubber flow path (5) is placed so that the profile line (K) of the inside wall face at the vertical cross section and/or lateral cross section along the rubber extrusion direction runs further outside (that is, more toward the side where the cross sectional area of the rubber flow path (5) increases) than a reference line (J). The reference line (J) is defined as a line connecting the rear end point (P1), a cross point of the profile line (K) with the flow inlet portion (3), to the front end point (P2), a cross point of the profile line (K) with the molding outlet portion (4).</p> |
