<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED sealing agent comprising a polysiloxane composition, having a low moisture permeability, heat and light resistances, and further having both high adhesion and cold impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The LED sealing agent has a moisture permeability after curing of ≤40 g/m<SP>2</SP>/24 h and comprises an organopolysiloxane composition comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, (C) a compound having at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, which is obtained by hydrosilylation reaction of (C-1) a chain and/or cyclic organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule and (C-2) an organic compound having at least one alkenyl group, and (D) a hydrosilylation catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
