<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, in Internet auction, what attributes a transaction partner has as an auction user, and consider the propagation of reliability derived from a transaction relation. <P>SOLUTION: In the user evaluation system for Internet auction, a system user queries, a user network construction part (S50) forms an adjacent matrix composed of auction users and transaction relations, and in respect to it, a calculation part (S51) calculates a user score based on auction data possessed by each user (concretely, a time score showing the smoothness of transaction of an actual commodity, a relation score showing the strength of correlation between auction users from the frequency of transactions, and an evaluation value difference score using a difference in auction experience between auction users as an evaluation factor), whereby a reliability index is given to each user.
