PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power feeding device controlling primary voltage, without using communication apparatuses and that makes the secondary voltage constant. SOLUTION: Prior to feeding to a load device 43, the load device 43 is removed electrically; a passive element 51 is connected in parallel; the output voltage of a variable voltage high-frequency power supply 1 is set to a measurement low voltage V<SB>m</SB>; and the output current value I<SB>m</SB>of the variable voltage high-frequency power supply 1 at that time is measured. Voltage V<SB>IN</SB>of the variable voltage high-frequency power supply 1 for setting an output voltage of a secondary-side coil 31 or a rectifier 41, when the load device 43 is connected to the secondary-side coil 31 to a target value is calculated, by using V<SB>m</SB>and I<SB>m</SB>. Even if information is not exchanged by communication apparatus between the primary side and the secondary side, the voltage of the variable voltage high-frequency power supply 1 is controlled and the voltage of the secondary-side coil 31 and output voltage of the rectifier 41 are set to the target values.
