PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slip device for a construction machine which can facilitate the painting of the upper surface of a machine body including locking members and can surely prevent the fluttering of an anti-slip plate. SOLUTION: The anti-slip device for a construction machine includes an anti-slip plate (20) installed on the upper surface of the construction machine, openings (24) formed at the anti-slip plate, locking pawls (30) provided on the upper surface of the construction machine and projecting from the anti-slip plate (20) through the openings (24), and fastening members (40) for fixing the outer peripheral edge of the anti-slip plate (20) on the upper surface of the construction machine. The locking pawl (30) has a pawl body (30<SB>B</SB>) capable of penetrating the opening (24), a pawl tip (30<SB>N</SB>) projecting horizontally from the pawl body (30<SB>B</SB>) and capable of holding down the anti-slip plate (20) from above, and an abutting surface (34) formed at the pawl body (30<SB>B</SB>) and inhibiting the movement of the anti-slip plate (20) along the upper surface by abutting on the inner surface of the opening (24).
