PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet head, in which a nozzle plate and a head chip are highly accurately positioned and stuck without being affected by the disturbance of the parallelism between the nozzle plate and the head chip, and without giving a damage to them in sticking. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inkjet head has processes of: holding the nozzle plate 1 in a state where at least two places of the nozzle plate 1 in its longitudinal direction are deflected to protrude to the head chip 2, to form projection parts 11; aligning the relative position between the held nozzle plate 1 and the head chip 2; and relatively moving the aligned nozzle plate 1 and the head chip 2, to bring the projection parts 11 in the nozzle plate 1 into contact with the head chip 2 respectively, and to position the relative position between the nozzle plate 1 and the head chip 2 by the projection parts 11.
