<p>A wall mountable modular service outlet apparatus 202 for the provision of two or more different services (e.g. electricity, water) comprises: a surround 203 with a front that has two or more pod receiving apertures 204; and two or more pods 208, wherein at least one pod 208 incorporates a lid 220 which is biased shut (e.g. via a spring), the lid 220 having at least one secondary aperture 222. The pods 208 have a means for receiving a service, a fascia incorporating a service delivery interface 210, and one or more sides 212. When installed in the pod receiving apertures 204, each pod 208 is substantially surrounded by internal walls 216 of the aperture 204 such that only the fascia of the pod 208 remains accessible. The lid 220 may include a locking means 226 (e.g. a thumb screw). A watertight seal may be provided between the surround 203 and at least one of the pods 208.</p> |
