PURPOSE: A roadside emergency system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent shaking of a CCD camera. CONSTITUTION: The first system module(100A) comprises a speaker and a signal transceiving unit. A speaker is connected to an amplifier to output audio data. The signal transceiving unit transfers an output signal of the amplifier or a signal received from a central control center to the amplifier. A microphone(71) transfers a roadside situation to the central control center. An emergency switch(80) transfers an emergency signal to a microcomputer. A CCD camera(200) transmits and receives an amplifier signal and an image signal by the signal transceiving unit.
