PURPOSE: A portable safe plate chamfering machine for removing dust is provided to guarantee safe chamfering work and reduce noise, since a chamfering unit of a chamfering edge is covered by a safe cover. CONSTITUTION: A portable safe plate chamfering machine(100) for removing dust comprises a main body(110), a rotary driving unit(140), a vertical adjusting unit(150), a transparent safety cover(160), and a cyclone dust absorber(170). A board is placed on the upper plate(120) of the main body. A chamfering edge(142) of the rotary driving unit is detachably fixed and rotated by a chuck(141). The vertical adjusting unit vertically controls the location of the rotary driving unit by a vertical adjusting handle(151). The transparent safety cover covers the upper side of the air intake hole(121) of the upper plate. One side of the safety cover is fixed to the upper plate by a hinge. The cyclone dust absorber absorbs dust with air.
