PURPOSE: A heat plate for a heat exchanger and a welding type heat exchanger including the same are provided to improve thermal transfer efficiency by increment of the length of a heat flow path. CONSTITUTION: A heat plate for a heat exchanger comprises a heat transfer flow path. The heat transfer flow path is corrugated with a ridge(110) and a valley(120). The heat transfer flow path is divided into four identical areas having different directivities on a heating plate. The domain frame of two of the upper part to the heat transfer oil each other faces the opposite direction. The domain frame of two of the lower part to the heat transfer oil about the heat transfer oil of the adjacent upper region symmetry. A discharge flow path(130) is formed across the heating plate, horizontally and vertically. The exhaust flow path is connected to the heat transfer flow path. The end of the flow path is positioned on four sides of the heating plate.
