<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid ejection head which minimizes poor ejection by inhibiting misalignment or deformation of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a liquid ejection head is provided. The head is equipped with: a head body having nozzles for ejecting a liquid supplied via a liquid supply passage 90; a first supply member 31 having a first liquid supply passage 91; a second supply member 32 provided with a second liquid supply passage 92; a filter 33 disposed between the first supply member 31 and the second supply member 32 so as to cross the liquid supply passage 90; and an integrally molded member 34 fixing the first supply member 31 and second supply member 32 by a resin. The method has: a positioning step for holding the filter 33 by the first supply member 31 and second supply member 32 in a state where the filter 33 is sucked, absorbed, and positioned via a suction hole 92 or 97 of the first supply member 31 or second supply member 32; and a step for forming the integrally molded member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
