PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the disposal work of a coalescer cartridge. SOLUTION: The coalescer cartridge 1 has a filter member part 8 comprising a solid matter removal part 5 collecting and removing solid matter contained in fluid, and a water condensing part 6 which is mounted on an outer periphery face of the solid matter removal part 5 and condenses moisture contained in the fluid and making into droplets, and is composed to remove the moisture separated by passing the fluid passing through the solid matter removal part 5 and flowing into the outer periphery side thereof through the water condensing part 6. The solid matter removal part 5 and water condensing part 6 are molded using polyethylene terephthalate 30 as a principal material, and the solid matter removal part 5 and water condensing part 6 are formed of a hybrid type fiber molded body composed of polyethylene terephthalate 30 and glass fiber 40. The fibers of polyethylene terephthalate 30 composing the solid matter removal part 5 and water condensing part 6 are crosslinked by epoxy resin 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
