PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase fluorescent intensity generated from a pigment so as to reduce an error rate in a reading result when a nucleotide is captured by a monomolecular nucleic acid. SOLUTION: A material at a peak 1 of a conductive scattering body 32 for generating near field light stronger than plasmon excitation is a material in which a functional group required for fixing a base extending enzyme is formed. A material on a surface of the scattering body other than the peak is a material in which the functional group required for fixing the base extending enzyme is not formed. One molecule of the base extending enzyme 5 is fixed at the peak of the scattering body.
