PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament winding apparatus 100 which reduces a coating loss of a resin by the dispersion of the resin sprayed on a fiber bundle 1A. SOLUTION: A hoop winding apparatus 20 comprises a winding part 30 rotating the fiber bundle 1A to a liner 2 to be held to wind the fiber bundle 1A to the liner 2, and a resin-impregnation part 40 arranging around the liner 2 a plurality of injection nozzles 41 spaying the resin to the fiber bundle 1A short of the winding to the liner 2. The injection nozzles 41 are arranged so as to spray the resin toward the downstream side of a rotation direction of the fiber bundle 1A to a virtual line connecting a jet orifice 52 and the shaft center O of the liner 2. The resin is sprayed at an angle to the liner 2, which can suppress the dispersion due to the springing-back of the hitting to the liner 2 by the resin sprayed to the fiber bundle 1A to reduce the coating loss of the resin.
