PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily generating additional information for a que of the divided dynamic images even under the condition that the dynamic image is already divided. SOLUTION: The CPU 230 generates a heading part divided dynamic file including a heading frame and the other divided dynamic image files by dividing the dynamic image file with each divided frame position as a boundary. Moreover, the CPU 230 detects the location of a frame where an object appears first in the replay sequence from the other divided dynamic image file and generates a file in which the detecting location is recorded as a new face information management file. In addition, the CPU 230 controls a record/replay control circuit 223 and stores the new face information file on the recording medium 250 while being related to the other divided dynamic image files.
