<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter reducing the number of components constituting an inverter circuit and reducing a substrate mounting area by preventing a negative voltage in a connecting part of a first switching element and a second switching element and applying the circuit to a power module without need of insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter S includes a semiconductor switch 1 consisting of an upper switching element 2 and a lower switching element 3. The lower phase switching element 3 is formed of a first switching element 4 and a second switching element 5. The converter includes a high speed reflux diode 7 in which negative poles of both elements are connected with a positive pole of the former set to a positive pole terminal 8, and that of the latter to a negative pole terminal 9, and which is connected in parallel between the positive pole terminal 8 and the negative pole terminal 9, and a logic circuit 10 which outputs a drive signal for turning on the second switching element 5 while the upper switching element 2 is turned on and keeps the on state of the second switching element 5 while the upper switching element 2 is turned off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
