The transmission has a drive shaft (1), an output shaft (2), negative planetary gear sets (P1-P4) arranged in a housing (G), and six rotatable shafts (3-8). The sixth shaft is connected to a bar of the third planetary gear set. The fifth shaft is connected to a ring gear of the first planetary gear set and to a bar of the second planetary gear set. A ring gear of the fourth planetary gear set is connected to the housing. The output shaft is connected to a ring gear of the third planetary gear set and operatively connected to a bar of the fourth planetary gear set.
