PURPOSE: A method of notarial image(certification of contents) is provided to implement an image notarial using a moving image and voice data of the internet and a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: User(contractor) terminals(1,2) and a helper terminal(3) are connected to an image notarial server(4). A contractor uses an image communication in the internet etc. In addition, a notary public is participated in the image. Contents of an image contract are stored as an image with the notary public. The image is stored in the image notarial server(4) and the user(contractor) terminals(1,2), independently. All data generated on the image communication are notarized by an image notarial server company storing the data permanently. The separated stored contents has a proof ability, respectively.
