PURPOSE: A Lycopersicon esculentum hybrid HNX12860544 and seed and plant thereof are provided to ensure character and/or feature that a consumer needs. CONSTITUTION: A Lycopersicon esculentum plant at least first set chromosome of FIR 128-1032 or FIR 128-1037 deposited in ATCC deposit number PTA-9930 or PTA-9931, respectively. A hybrid plant is Lycopersicon esculentum hybrid HNX12860544 deposited in the ATCC deposit number PTA-9929. A method for introducing Lycopersicon esculentum character comprises: a step of hybridizing a plant of FIR 128-1032 or FIR 128-1037 with a second Lycopersicon esculentum plant to generate F1; a step of selecting F1 containing desirable characters; a step of back-crossing the F1 with FIR 128-1032 or FIR 128-1037 plant; a step of selecting offspring after back-crossing; a step of repeating back-crossing three times or more to generate fourth or subsequent offspring.
