<p>In a method for monitoring a range of movement, in particular in the field of automatic doors and automatic gates, by means of transceiver antennas (1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3) which are connected to an evaluation unit (4), the range of movement is to be monitored by a plurality of antennas (1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3) wherein each antenna is assigned a sector of the range of movement, and each of the individual signals of the antennas (1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3) are evaluated separately in the evaluation unit (4) and are logically combined with one another there in order to sense a lateral movement of objects.</p> |
